Account Registration and Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 29 takabet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change. 29 takabet accepts no liability for communications that fail to reach you as a result of outdated or inaccurate contact information on your account.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
29 takabet does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside our control and your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. If a withdrawal is flagged for review, we will notify you within 24 hours. We may hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours during an active investigation without liability.

The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure: placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus-clearing outcome (matched betting), using automated software to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Bonuses that have been claimed but whose wagering requirements have not been met within the validity period will be cancelled automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or transferred to a future promotion.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

- Reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Account Suspension and Closure
You may request the closure of your 29 takabet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the request within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within seven business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
29 takabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering suspicion, underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, prolonged account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be archived), or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
In the event that 29 takabet closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be subject to a mandatory review period of up to 30 days before release, during which time we will verify that the funds in question are not connected to prohibited activity.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming decision may request a voluntary self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.
